The book is now available as a fixed format Ebook from eBooks.com or Kobo. Both websites have free reader apps for most platforms. Due to the large number of embedded photographs the book will not work with reflowable readers such as Kindle or Nook. An Ebook is also available from Apple. Use their Books app and search for the title or my name. The price is the same for all three Ebook versions, $14.99.
